Quality Control and Inspection

Here at Monsen Machining our standards of quality are paramount for the success of our company. We realize that all of the products we provide are necessary components that are needed to keep production lines up and running, with this in mind we take great care to ensure that each and every one of our orders are done right the first time, so your lines will always be up.

To help us do this we invest in quality inspection equipment like the Instant Measurement machine from Keyence. This machine allows us to accurately and consistently measure each part, removing any chance for operator error using standard hand measuring tools and ensures a part that is in spec will go to our customer.

This great system also allows us to create detailed reports for the parts we inspect from your purchase order. These reports can be for just one specific dimension or multiple dimensions of a part.
